One of the most popular short trips in India and no wonder. Take the short train ride from Delhi to Agra, home to the Taj Mahal. This Wonder of the World is a testament to true love and is sure to take your breath away. This tour also visits Agra Fort and Akbar Mausoleum in Agra before heading to the incredible Fatehpur Sikri. From there the tour heads to the Pink City of Jaipur, famous for its grand forts and stunning palaces.

Day 1
Pick-up from Delhi Airport and transfer to guest house. Freshen up and relax, then set off on a half day tour of Delhi. Drive by India Gate, the Presidential Palace, lunch en-route, and then on to Old Delhi visit impressive Red Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site - a symbol of Indias Mughal past, and now of Indias sovereignty. Immerse yourself in the chaos of Chandni Chowk on cycle-rickshaw. Stroll around magnificent Humayuns Tomb and its gardens, and watch it change colour as the sun starts to set. Evening to relax and enjoy sumptuous North Indian cuisine. Overnight in Delhi. Meal plan: N/A
Day 2
Early morning AC train to Agra. Breakfast provided on the train. Check in to hotel (drop bags). Guided visit of Taj Mahal followed by Agra Fort. Lunch. Afternoon free to relax, go shopping or visit the Baby Taj and Akbar`s Mausoleum. Dinner and overnight in Agra. Meal plan: B
Day 3
Breakfast then drive to Fatehpur Sikri for a guided visit the fortified ghost city. Drive to Jaipur, stopping for lunch en route. Evening to relax. Dinner at hotel or outside. Meal plan: B
Day 4
Breakfast followed by tour of Jaipurs palaces - the Wind Palace, the Water Palace, the Amber Fort (where you will arrive on elephant-back) and the City Palace. Lunch. Afternoon to relax, go shopping or wander around the Pink City. Dinner. Optional sunset visit to Galta and watch the monkeys feeding at the Monkey Temple. Overnight in Jaipur. Meal plan: B
Day 5
Breakfast then drive back to Delhi. After lunch relax or walk around the city. Dinner locally. Drop to the airport for return flight. Meal plan: B

3. Secure your place and complete your booking
Secure your place by sending a deposit of £100 (a holding deposit) and returning your booking form by email or by post. This will secure your place on the trip of your choice.
The total deposit required will depend on the trip chosen but is typically 25-40% of the ground arrangements price plus the full cost of the international flight if you decide to book this with us. The final balance will fall due 10 weeks before your departure date.

4. Book your flights
We want to give you maximum flexibility with flights so we can arrange your flights from the airport of your choice or if you prefer you can arrange your own flights and our representative will meet you at your arrival airport and take you to your hotel.
